The new ECCE Europe
Energy Conversion Congress & Expo

Commencing in 2024, IEEE PELS is embarking on a new collaboration with the European Center for Power Electronics (ECPE) for the PELS flagship conference in Europe: IEEE ECCE Europe 2024. The conference will take place at the Darmstadtium in Darmstadt, Germany.

Call for Work in Progress Paper

Research in Power Electronics is very dynamic and especially PhD students sometime suffer from the long delay between paper submission and their publication. Because of that and also responding to requests we offer for the ECCE Europe 2024 a Work in Progress Papers (WIP) submission:

  • Submission of four (4) pages with preliminary results including at least preliminary experimental data until 17 June (this deadline is ultimate).
  • WIP will undergo a review process.
  • If review is positive: acceptance notification until 22 July.
  • Submission of a full paper (8 pages max) until the start of the conference (2 September).
  • Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.
  • During the conference the latest result paper will be presented in a dedicated session.
