Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Attendee:
ECCE Europe 2024 will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of 50 EUR incl. VAT, for any cancellations received in writing on or before July 31,2024. Cancellations should be directed to ecce-europe-2024[at]kcmweb[dot]de. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from ECCE Europe 2024  on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. After July 31,2024, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at ecce-europe-2024[at]kcmweb[dot]de. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

Cancellation by ECCE Europe 2024:
If for any reason beyond ECCE Europe 2024´ control ECCE Europe 2024 determines that ECCE Europe 2024 must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that ECCE Europe 2024 shall not refund the registration fees paid and that all losses and damages that Participants may suffer as a consequence thereof are their responsibility and not that of ECCE Europe 2024 or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Participants understand that it may lose all payments to ECCE Europe 2024 for participation in ECCE Europe 2024, as well as other costs and expenses it has incurred, including travel, lodging, etc.
