Information for Presenters
The following information applies to authors presenting accepted papers at ECCE Europe 2026.
Please read the instructions carefully.
 

Lecture / Oral Presentations

• Presenting authors are requested to arrive at the meeting room in good time before the beginning of their session in order to meet the session chair and receive any final on-site instructions.
• Each lecture/oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes in total, including 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
• Please note that a no-show will lead to disqualification. The corresponding paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.

Dialogue / Poster Sessions

• Authors must be present at their poster station throughout their assigned dialogue/poster session to discuss their work with the audience.
• Each author will have two poster boards arranged at a 90-degree angle. The full size of the boards may be used. Up to two A0 posters in portrait orientation are recommended.
• The ECCE Europe 2026 logo is mandatory on the poster.
• Material for mounting the posters will be provided on site. No other sticking materials such as tape, pins, or other adhesives are permitted.
• Posters must be set up and removed according to the assigned session times.
• Please note that a no-show will lead to disqualification. The corresponding paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.
