Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • A full refund, deducting a processing fee of 50,00 EUR will be given for cancellations until 15.08.2026. No refund will be given for cancellations after this date.
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
  • A time discount is only available if payment is received within the specified period. Otherwise, the registration will be automatically canceled, and the participant can re-register at the price in effect at that time.
