Dr Ilknur Colak is a Senior Member of IEEE and serves as the CTO for MV Converters at Schneider Electric. She holds both M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
With over two decades of experience in power electronics and energy systems, Dr. Colak has contributed to leading organizations including ABB, CERN, TÜBİTAK, and MR. She is the author of numerous scientific publications and holds multiple patents in the field of power electronics.
Her technical expertise includes modular multilevel converter topologies in medium voltage, insulation coordination, reliability engineering, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Dr. Colak is widely recognized for her leadership in advancing power electronics technologies and for her commitment to fostering inclusive and innovative engineering environments.
